Vinícius, Bellingham y Courtois ganan el premio ‘The Best’

Vinícius Junior, Jude Bellingham, and Thibaut Courtois Receive ‘The Best’ Awards

On Wednesday, at the Real Madrid sports city, Brazilian forward Vinícius Junior, English midfielder Jude Bellingham, and Belgian goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois received their awards for being part of the FIFA ‘The Best’ eleven from the previous season, after being unable to attend Monday’s gala.

Vinícius, Bellingham, and Courtois posed together with their awards in Ciudad Real Madrid Florentino Pérez, dressed in training gear after Wednesday’s practice session.

«Very proud to be part of the FIFA Best Eleven alongside some incredible players, as well as some friends and teammates from my club and country. Thanks to everyone who voted,» Bellingham expressed in a post on his social media.

First Time for Bellingham and Vinícius, Second for Courtois

This is the first time Bellingham has made it into the best eleven of the season, as well as his teammate in the Madrid attack, Vinícius. Courtois, on the other hand, achieved this honor for the second consecutive time. The first two were unable to attend the FIFA gala held last Monday in London due to the dispute of the Spanish Super Cup in Riyadh and the recovery from a serious knee injury, respectively.
